Find Healing and Support

We know that life can feel super difficult at times. Getting unstuck can be really tough, and it’s hard to know where to begin. When stress, worry, sadness, or relationship problems start to take over, it can be hard to see a way forward. Past trauma or major life changes may be making it even more challenging.

You don’t have to do this alone. Let's work on it together.

  • The cost of therapy is a big worry for many. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, changes in life, the stresses of everyday life, or other mental health concerns, understanding how much therapy costs is really important.

  • We accept insurance . We are an in-network provider with Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, and Aetna PPO. We also accept HSA/FSA plans.

If you have another insurance provider, we accept out-of-network benefits. Find out more on our Rates & Insurance page.

We are more than happy to assist you with verifying your outpatient therapy benefits including deductibles, co-pays, co-insurances and out-of-pocket maximums before beginning therapy.

  • There are a few benefits to consider if you choose not to use your insurance. One big advantage is privacy—when you pay out-of-pocket, we don’t have to share your personal information or diagnosis with your insurance company, because we don't have to diagnose. It also gives us more flexibility in your treatment, allowing us to decide together what’s best for you without being limited by what insurance covers. Plus, it can reduce some of the paperwork and approvals that often come with using insurance, making our sessions more focused on your needs.

  • Most of our therapists work with clients who live in Illinois only. Due to licensure laws, they would be unable to see you for online therapy if you live in another state.

However, Dr. Steele is able to see clients in over 35 states for teletherapy.

  • We do our best to get you scheduled as soon as possible because we know how important it is to start your journey when you’re ready. Typically, we can offer an appointment within the same week. We work with you to find a time that works for you!
