    1. Choose Your Therapist

    2. Request Your Appointment

    Once you’ve picked a therapist, just fill out our New Client Form with your availability, and we’ll find a time that works for you.

    3. Complete Your Paperwork

    After your appointment is booked, you’ll get access to your secure client portal where you can fill out your intake forms. Please complete them within 72 hours so we can keep your session on track.

    4. Begin Your Journey to Wellness

Insurance, Rates, and Affordable Online Therapy in Illinois

We want to make therapy as affordable and accessible as possible. Here’s what you need to know about payment:

  • We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, Aetna PPO, and HSA/FSA plans for therapy.

  • Intake Session: $200-275

  • Follow-Up Sessions: $175-250

If we don’t take your insurance, we can still help! We accept out-of-network benefits, private pay, and offer some sliding scale options.

  • If something feels off, overwhelming, or hard to manage on your own, therapy can help. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just a willingness to start. We're here to support you through whatever you're facing.
