Join Our Therapy Team

Love doing therapy—but don’t want to run a practice?

You became a therapist because you care deeply about people and the work itself. The sitting with, the listening, the moments when something finally shifts.

But over time, the parts around the work can start to feel heavy: the admin, the insurance, the constant decision-making, the pressure to hold everything on your own.

At Mindful Healing Counseling, we believe therapists deserve support too.

We’ve built a fully virtual, trauma-informed and culturally affirming group practice where clinicians can focus on meaningful, relational therapy without carrying the weight of running a business alone.

Our role is to handle the systems, referrals, and logistics—so you can do the work you were trained to do, in a way that feels sustainable and human.

If you value depth over hustle, care about culturally responsive and affirming therapy, and want to practice with support rather than isolation, you may feel at home here.

We are also hiring for Postdoctoral Fellows and Masters Level Interns. Please use the application link below to apply.
